The AIS-2-NMEA Receiver is a Low Cost, Dual Channel Parallel AIS Receiver. AIS Targets are displayed on a Chart Plotter giving the user a clear picture of other vessels within VHF range.

Two AIS receivers monitor both AIS channels simultaneously.
Unlike many AIS receivers that claim to be dual channel the AIS-2-NMEA is a true parallel AIS receiver, ensuring that you receive the most up to date positions and information of all vessels around you.
NMEA output, designed for use with Chart Plotters
Powered by the boats DC supply of 12/24 Volts.
It is simple to install.
Connect a VHF antenna to the rear socket, connect the unit to your boats battery supply, connect the NMEA output to the NMEA input of your Chart Plotter and the unit is ready to receive AIS transmissions from vessels within VHF range.
